Michael McCallion is a Co Director of KMI Recruitment, where he manages the companies fast growing business within the UK and International markets.

Having previously worked at some of the UKs leading agencies increasing sales, reputation and profit, Michael is a seasoned professional with a background in, Business Development, Sales and Finance. 

Beloved by his fellow colleagues Michael has won numerous awards, in 2016 Michael was named Executive of the Year and in 2018 Director of the Year. 

Michael is a passionate advocate for career development and has a proven track record of helping junior colleagues establish themselves within the top 5% for sales performance.

Fun Fact – Michael has never lost a round of golf.
